The Horn Voice Counseling Center based on biblical truth was founded in 2007 to provide psychological counseling to the Chinese community and various churches.
Our counselors are all godly Christians.Including psychotherapists licensed by the Texas government, counselors and life navigators with master's degree and biblical training.
